[ Product Description ]

The silk has a glossy rinzu texture with a firm and structured feel, offering both elegance and presence.

The pattern arrangement of this furisode is truly magnificent.
Bold chrysanthemums, dewy pampas grass (tsuyushiba), and the auspicious takara-zukushi (treasure motifs) are lavishly spread across the entire garment, making it a striking, statement piece.

The chrysanthemum is considered a highly auspicious flower in Japan, symbolizing longevity, nobility, and protection from evil.
It is also famously used in the Imperial Seal of Japan, representing dignity and prestige.

Tsuyushiba (dewy pampas grass) is a traditional Japanese motif depicting slender crescent-shaped blades of grass scattered with round, jewel-like drops of dew. It expresses a uniquely Japanese sense of transience and poetic sensitivity — what is often described as mono no aware.

Because of its flowing curves, the motif brings graceful movement and rich expression to the furisode.

And of course, there is the unmistakably auspicious takara-zukushi (treasure motif), symbolizing wealth, prosperity, longevity, and happiness.

With all of these details, we hope you can fully appreciate the magnificence and richness of this furisode’s design.

Due to the firm structure of the garment, the lining is likely made of polyester or another synthetic fabric.

Whether worn in a traditional, formal kimono style or styled creatively as a dress incorporating Japanese aesthetics, this is truly an exceptional furisode — one that will stand out beautifully wherever it is worn.
