That’s the impression this design gives at first glance—but look closer, and you’ll notice vibrant chrysanthemum flowers delicately embroidered across the back.

The soft tie-dye base is enhanced with elegant Yuzen-style touches, creating a truly captivating visual harmony.

The fabric is soft and very light, suggesting that this haori is quite old. Yet, despite its age, the black color has not faded, and there are surprisingly few signs of wear or discoloration.
