Although made of silk, the fabric has a firm woven texture, and the woven pattern (jimon) itself is already striking and elegant.

It is a unique piece — rare yet refined — something you may not easily find again.

While it looks magnificent when styled in a formal, traditional way, closer inspection reveals some discoloration and stains. As this is a white kimono, such signs of age are unfortunately difficult to avoid.

Interestingly, some basting threads are still attached, suggesting that the marks are more likely due to aging rather than frequent wear.

It is truly a wonderful kimono, and we kindly ask for your understanding regarding these imperfections.

For stage performances, artistic presentations, or even wearing at home, it is an exceptional piece.

As part of our original design, gentle tucks are added around the waist, allowing you to wear it easily in a traditional kimono style. Of course, it can also be styled as a long coat or a dress. If preferred, you can simply remove the tucks by cutting the thread for a more relaxed silhouette. For a kimono, it’s in Good condition overall, but there are some stains and marks. If you are concerned about these, please refrain from purchasing.
